SFH Access Goes Above and Beyond

SFH Access marked Customer Service Week 2024 with a lively series of activities, emphasizing our dedication to exceptional service and customer appreciation. The week-long celebration, from Monday to Friday, brought the team together in a fun and energetic atmosphere, with each day highlighting a unique theme that celebrated SFH Access diverse and professional workforce.

In addition to themed days, SFH Access engaged with customers across various regions, acknowledging and celebrating some of our best customers for their continued loyalty and trust. Each day also featured interactive trivia on our social media platforms, bringing customers and followers into the celebration. To honor internal excellence, SFH Access recognized its top-performing sales representatives, showing appreciation for their commitment to excellence in service.

DAY ONE


We kicked off the week with Traditional Day, celebrating the richness of Nigerian culture as our team wore traditional attire from various ethnic groups across the country. The office transformed into a vibrant display of colors and patterns, reflecting the cultural diversity SFH Access represents. Our team shared stories and laughter, bringing us closer as we celebrated Nigeria’s heritage together.


DAY TWO


On Corporate Day, the team swapped their traditional attire for sharp, professional outfits, demonstrating the company’s corporate values of professionalism and service excellence. The SFH Access office buzzed with energy as employees engaged in discussions about what it means to maintain professionalism in customer service roles. The day highlighted our focus on delivering top-tier service, maintaining integrity, and always putting the customer first.

DAY THREE


Sports Day added a fun, energetic boost midweek. The team arrived in jerseys and sporty outfits, bringing a lively spirit of teamwork and health. Through games and shared fitness goals, we built stronger connections with each other and underscored the importance of balancing well-being with our work life.

DAY FOUR


Thursday was Branded Products Day, where employees wore SFH Access-branded shirts, proudly showcasing our identity in products like Gold Circle Condom, Waterguard Tank Disinfectant, and AccessCare. The day focused on reinforcing brand pride and the company’s mission to provide high-quality, innovative products that positively impact the community. There were discussions on our various product offerings, and staff members shared their thoughts on how the brand continues to evolve and meet customer needs through innovation and dedication.

DAY FIVE


The grand finale on Friday, Celebration Day, was a day of appreciation and gratitude. Our management team expressed thanks to our customer service department for their dedication and hard work. The day concluded with a heartfelt ceremony filled with joy and camaraderie, celebrating both our customers and the dedicated team who serve them.
