CALL FOR DIGITAL MEDIA AGENCIES: SFH ACCESS

SFH Access is seeking to engage qualified digital media agencies to support fast-paced online amplification, influencer coordination, and trend-driven content promotion across key social media platforms, particularly X (Twitter). Interested agencies are invited to submit proposals demonstrating their capability, experience, and strategic approach to delivering the scope of work outlined below.

Scope of Work/Requirements

Creative Development

The selected agency will:

• Develop engaging teaser visuals and short-form video content optimised for rapid online engagement.

• Craft brand-consistent messaging, captions, and hashtags aligned with SFH Access communication objectives.

• Provide creative direction that reflects SFH Access’ brand identity, modern, clean, vibrant, and relatable to our core audiences.

Influencer Engagement

The agency will be responsible for:

• Identifying and engaging suitable micro and mid-tier influencers capable of coordinated, same day posting.

• Managing influencer briefing, content creation, approval processes, and synchronised publishing.

• Tracking influencer activities in real time and monitoring performance indicators such as reach, impressions, and engagements.

Agencies must demonstrate:

• Prior experience working with influencers and coordinating trend-focused campaigns

• An existing network or pool of influencers that can be deployed to amplify SFH Access messaging

Media Strategy and Execution

The agency will:

• Develop high impact, targeting key demographics relevant to SFH Access products and brand messaging.

• Manage campaign planning, scheduling, and live optimisation throughout the rollout.

• Provide real-time monitoring dashboards or updates for transparency and quick decision-making.

• Deliver a comprehensive post-campaign report capturing reach, impressions, engagement rates, influencer performance, insights, and recommendations.

Platform Management (Primary Focus: X (Formerly Twitter)

The agency must:

• Prioritise X for rapid engagement and visibility.

• Ensure consistent and strategic use of campaign hashtags.

• Monitor and drive trend progression throughout campaign hours.

• Engage actively with audiences via mentions, comments, reposts, and conversations to sustain campaign momentum.

Experience and Capability Requirements

Interested agencies must demonstrate:

• A proven track record managing digital campaigns for consumer brands, NGOs, or social enterprises.

• Previous success achieving trending topics, coordinating large-scale online engagements, and influencer-led campaigns.

• Access to a diverse pool of influencers across relevant audience segments.

• Ability to produce high-quality creative assets within short timelines.

• Strong analytics capability with the ability to provide dashboards and detailed campaign performance reports.

Submission Requirements

Agencies should submit:

• A brief proposal outlining their strategy for delivering this scope of work

• Portfolio or evidence of similar campaigns executed

• List of influencers within their network (micro and mid-tier)

• Team structure and relevant experience

• Proposed cost structure or rate card (if applicable at this stage)
