Customer Support (Logistics)

The Customer Support (Logistics) Officer is responsible for providing customer service and support related to logistics operations. They will handle inquiries, resolve issues related to deliveries, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. The role ensures customer satisfaction and timely resolution of logistics-related concerns.

Job Description

a) Customer Support and Issue Resolution:

o Respond to customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related complaints.

o Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and deliveries.

b) Logistics Coordination and Communication:

o Provide real-time updates to customers regarding delivery status.

o Liaise with vendors, drivers, and warehouse teams to address delays or issues.

c) Compliance and Documentation:

o Ensure all customer interactions and resolutions are properly documented.

o Maintain records of complaints, resolutions, and customer feedback for process improvements.

d) Service Improvement and Efficiency:

o Identify common customer concerns and suggest process enhancements.

o Work closely with the logistics team to improve service delivery and efficiency.

o

Education:

Experience Profile:

Must possess a minimum of 2-3 years working experience in customer support, logistics, or supply chain operations.

iii. Timely updates and communication with customers

iv. Compliance with customer service and logistics policies
